AO76 is a Belgian clothing brand for boys and girls between 4 and 16 years old. Created as a family business back in 1976, the company is now managed by the third generation. AO76 renders a warm and genuine atmosphere, is looking towards the future but respecting its roots and is proud of not chasing trends but focusing on authenticity.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The AO76 Design Team is seeking a talented and creative Designer to contribute to our boys' collection. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape our brand's future by creating unique, high-quality designs that resonate with our young audience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design Development: Collaborate with our creative team to conceptualize and create the boys' collection.

• Fabric Selection & Sourcing: Assist in selecting, sourcing, and developing fabrics in partnership with our manufacturing partners.

• Technical Drawings: Translate your designs into precise technical drawings for sampling and production.

• Sample Review: Review samples meticulously, providing detailed feedback to refine and perfect the final designs.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Educational Background: Holds a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Fashion, textile, or graphic Design, and at least some years of experience.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) with strong skills in creating detailed tech packs and sketches.

• Communication: Possesses excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within an international team.

• Detail-Oriented: Has a keen eye for detail and advanced organizational skills.

• Motivated & Creative: Demonstrates a high level of motivation and creativity, with a passion for fashion and design.

• Je focus is gericht op een vlotte klantenservice en een optimale verkoop
• Je bedient de klanten met een glimlach en bouwt een verbindende relatie op
• Je pakt leveringen uit en je werkt de nodige controles af
• Je doet de dagelijkse kassa afsluitingen en de maandelijkse administratie
• Je hebt een grondige kennis van de collecties
• Samen met het merchandising team, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het imago van het merk

PROFIEL

• Je bent dynamisch, commercieel ingesteld en erg sociaal
• Je hebt 2-3 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie in de mode
• Je bent gemotiveerd en hebt oog voor detail
• Je draagt klantenservice hoog in het vaandel
• Je houdt van kinderen en kan goed met ze overweg
• Je schrikt er niet voor terug om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken
• Je spreekt perfect Nederlands. Engels en Frans zijn een pluspunt
• Je functioneert als een echte teamplayer
